Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MapMingo (operated by Starduxe) collects, why, and who we share it with. We keep it to what the service actually needs.

What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and mobile number, and a password if you set one.
• Business details you enter — your business name, what it does, services, people, and tone. This is what the AI writes drafts from.
• Links and usage — the links you create and basic counts of how they are used (drafts served, copies), so we can show you stats and keep the draft pool topped up.
• Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We receive your subscription status, not your full card details.
• Usage & analytics — we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type) so we can improve it. This is aggregate usage data, not linked to your business content.

How we use it

• to provide the service — generate review drafts and run your public link pages;
• to manage your account, subscription, and billing;
• to send service emails (verification, password reset, billing, and important notices);
• to contact you about your account — including on WhatsApp — for support, billing, and important notices;
• to keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account data;
• OpenAI — generates the review drafts from your business details;
• Razorpay — processes subscription payments;
• Resend — sends our emails;
• Google — optional “Sign in with Google”, and Google Analytics to measure site usage.

These providers process data only to perform their service for us.

The public link pages

A customer who visits one of your links sees a review draft and your chosen destination URL. We do not ask your customers to sign in or collect personal details from them to show a draft.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account and business data. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can view and edit your details in the dashboard, and delete your account (with its data) from your account settings. For any other request about your data, email us.
