Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MapMingo, a service operated by Starduxe (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What MapMingo does

MapMingo helps a business collect customer reviews. You enter your business details once and create links; each link has a public page where your customer sees an AI-written review draft they can edit, then copies it and opens your chosen destination (such as your Google Business Profile) to post it. The draft is a starting point — your customer decides what to write and whether to post.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. You must give accurate information and be authorised to represent any business you add.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use MapMingo to:

• post fake, incentivised, or misleading reviews, or otherwise break the review policies of the platform you link to;
• enter unlawful, harmful, or infringing content as your business details;
• impersonate another business or person;
• abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You are responsible for following the terms of any third-party platform you direct customers to (for example Google). We are not affiliated with those platforms.

Subscriptions and billing

Publishing links requires a paid subscription, billed monthly in Indian Rupees through our payment provider, Razorpay. Your first subscription includes a one-month free trial. After the trial, the plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the business details and content you enter. You grant us the limited right to process that content to run the service — including generating draft text through our AI provider. We own the MapMingo software, brand, and pages themselves.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular number or outcome of reviews — the drafts are suggestions your customers choose to use or not.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime from your settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the service is misused.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above; continuing to use MapMingo means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
