Refund & Cancellation Policy

MapMingo (operated by Starduxe) is a monthly subscription for a digital service — AI-written review drafts for your business. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

Free trial

Your first subscription to a tool includes a free trial, so you can try the service in full before you are charged. Setting up auto-pay places a small, fully refundable authorization on your payment method to verify it — this is not a charge and is returned automatically.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (AI Review → Cancel), or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. You are not charged again once you have cancelled.

Refunds

Because the service is a digital subscription with a free trial before any charge, we do not refund payments for a billing period that has already started — cancelling simply stops future renewals.

If you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — email us within 7 days and we will refund it to your original payment method. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

You are billed in your local currency — Indian Rupees for customers in India, US Dollars elsewhere. International payments are settled through Razorpay's international payments service; the same refund timelines above apply.
